From the North:
Take 95 South to Exit 5a-5b – (141N – Newport)
Continue and take exit 4 – Rt 4 West. (toward Newport)
Make a left at the light at the bottom of the ramp and turn left at the light.
Continue on Route 4 West.
Follow route 4 west through 4 lights
At the 5th light (after the shopping center – McDonalds) make a left into the First State Industrial Park.
We are a ¼ mile on the right down the road
From the South:
Take Route 1 North toward Wilmington.
Follow the signs for I-95
Continue on Route 1/ route 7 North
You will pass Delaware Park on your left
Up ahead the road will split. Stay to your right and continue on Route 4 East
At the light before the shopping center make a right into the First State Industrial Park
Continue on First state Blvd for a ¼ mile and our office building will be on your right
